The Forms training acquaints law enforcement with OIBRS crime reporting forms and the data collected through the system. Toolkit training includes basic data entry, querying, report production, property room inventory and system administrator duties.

 

To provide agencies with the information they need to use the reporting system effectively and efficiently, OCJS has designed a CD that guides viewers through the process of completing OIBRS forms. The PowerPoint/audio training concludes with Scenarios, offering users the opportunity to test their skills on real life fact patterns. This newest OIBRS training resource allows law enforcement agencies to learn at times—and locations—most convenient for their schedules.
