Funding to reimburse local victim service organizations for employee retention bonuses for employment during the Covid-19 pandemic related backlog is now available through the Office of Criminal Justice Services (OCJS).
To access the funds, victim service agencies will complete a Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) application in the OCJS’s online grants management system. Agencies with an active ocjsgrants.com account can find the form in the My Solicitations section. Applicants can then complete the form and submit it to OCJS for approval. If the victim service agency does not have an ocjsgrants.com account, registration is required and can be completed by clicking the New User link in the Log In section.
If you have any questions about access to the grants management system or the completion of the CESF application, please contact OCJS at email@example.com.
