OCJS has
launched an enhanced helpdesk for Law Enforcement Officer’s Toolkit (LEOT)
users. Developed by OCJS, the LEOT is a software solution for Ohio law enforcement
agencies in need of a records management system. LEOT customers can
now request support over an Internet chat window.
With this
new form of support, LEOT support staff can chat live with, as well as work
on the user’s machine over the internet to fix the problem in full view
of the customer. The LEOT is currently the most widely used law enforcement
Records Management System (RMS) software in the state, with more than 365
users.
